what are the grounds in which we can take a bail in non-bailable cases is that it must to file the charge sheet to take a bail and is their any provision that a magistrate should give a bail to accused with the completion of remand period kindly give answers and suggestion to the questions and give me some citations regarding

Bail is the discretionary relief which depnds upon the discretion of the magistrate.
Try to focus on the need of bail and falsity of the FIR CASE.
Submission of charge sheet helps a lot in getting the bail.
First try for anticipatory bail.
