sir,

kindly send me the format of application, to fix a bail amount in lower court . when bail order from high court..because high court dosent fix the bail amount . the lower court has to fix the amount .. and which documents is to be submitted ..like highcourt order and what more

Bail amount is decided by the concerned court and no fixed and universal formula exists for it.
