Is it necessary that zamanti should be from local area only. If the accused is from Noida and his case is at faridabad so person from noida can be his zamanti?

Only person from Faridabad can be surety in this matter.

It would depend on the direction made by the court. if the courts makes condition of local surety then none from outside can stand as surety.

The surety should be to the satisfaction of the court where the bail is executed, it depends on the discretion too, however in general the courts may prefer local sureties only.
