Bail after conviction in appealate court

(Querist) 05 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
A person acquitted by trial court(lower court) but convicted by session court. The ADJ refuse to accept bail bond and asked under which provision of law he accept hte bail bond
my question ...I he right to do so?can ADJ accept the bail bond at the the time of orders to suspend the sentence and under which provision of law?
