Dear Friend Jayesh,
A has been arrested for the offence of theft punishable u/s 379 IPC.
An application for regular bail may be made to Magistrate Ist Class or MM. Thereafter you may move to sessions.
Anticipatory bail may be made before the Sessions court and thereafter to the High court.
