bail for 420 case

Hello. My husband was just a mediator in between the two... one of his friends yogesh told him about an antique mirror for sale and my husband told about this to another friend rafik.. now yogesh and rafik fixed a deal but they were all brokers in between.. now on the final day a guy who was the agent of the party who wanted to purchase the mirror ran away with token money 41 lakh while bluffing all others... now they all filed a complaint against him and my husband and his friends are in custody for last 10 days... although my husband was just the mediator in between who made upheaval and rafik meet. How can we get bail?? As the process has been extended for last so many days.

Sorry.. the guy who ran away with the money was agent of the selling party!! He is caught now n is in police custody but my husband is yet to get bail... please suggest something as soon as possible.. just making two people meet for a purpose is meant to punish him for 10 days in JC??

Discuss full matter with the local senior criminal lawyer. If bail application rejected, may approach higher court.

your lawyer can better reply on the reason of delay. We are in no place to know its actual reason.

ou want to ask how/when your husband will get bail.

You also want to know why he does not get bail when actual culprits are caught.

You already have a lawyer who is privy to all papers and all facts of the case and these questions can be replied by him only.

Since cheating has happened and your husband was a part of chain which created link between complainant and cheater, he cannot believed to be spotless. Charge against the cheater will get diluted by his absence from the case.

(II) How deep were the relations.?

(III) why his mediation was required?

(IV) whether he was to get brokerage?

(V) when he for the first time know about forgery?

(VI) what did he do (before FIR) after he knew about forgary to help the victim.

The best option is to get the bail dismissed in the adj court and apply afresh with the high court, you have chances of getting him enlarged on bail at the earliest since the main accused has already been arrested.

Hello sir/mam. Now its been 21 days my husband has not got the bail. He was supposed to get bail this monday but the police did not send the case diary. Now judge asked them to send on wednesday for sure but that day also they didnot semd the diary noe judge said if they dont send the diary next day she will grant the bail.
Next when the diary came the public prosecutor was not there. Again he asked for next day. Now yesterday when he was supposed to get the bail, the lawyers of another four culprits appealed for the bail and judge has asked for more time of two days to study the case. Now he has postponed the decision till monday again. Can anybody explain me what is this bullshit of indian law?

The main culprit is still kept in the custody. Although 26 lakh rupees and an ecosport car has been recovered by the police. And my husband has been charged the 420 as per the IPC
Then why is the bail being delayed so much??

He used to be there at the time of discussions for this meeting but was not involved in the deal directly.

As one youu said that get the bail dismissed in the adj court. But they have not been giving the decision for last two weeks. One day the judge is on leave, another day the diary is not sent, then another day they keep it pending for more days. Now in this case what shall we do?
