Bail for IPC 409

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 04 March 2010 This query is : Resolved
My relative is charged with IPC 409. First he has tried for interim bail from High court which was rejected. Then he moved to Supreme Court for the same. SC also dismissed his plea.
Then he surrendered in CGM court. Currently he is in Juridical custody.
And trying for Bail from DJ Court.
Please advice if arrest stay petition rejected by SC can cause some problem in bail from DJ

the consequences of anticipatory bail application will not have bearing upon the regular bail.

grant of bail is discretion of court and the bail application will be decided keeping in view the gravity of offence, amount involved, role played by accused, recoveries, period of custody etc.

so be prepared on merits.

Bail matters are purely the discretionary powers of the courts and your earlier before arrest bail application rejected upto SC have no bearing in the changed situation wherein the accused in under judicial custody.

Thanks for your replies. If Bail application has been rejected from ADJ Court, is there any way to do compromise with opposite part(i.e state Govt) and get out from this case.
Disputed amount is around 12L.
Is there any legal process of compromise?
