Bail matter-while in custody after conviction

(Querist) 23 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
D/Fellows,
The High Court has granted me bail after 3 months 8 days custody.I have been convicted for 1 year in 498A by session court. The HC has granted me bail on the condition to pay arrear maintenance within two weeks. Now my appeal has been admitted and is pending in the HC.
If I do not pay the money , can HC again send me behind the bars.? As per Law is there any period limit after which the HC will have to grant me bail.If I have to remain in Jail for full term ie for one year then what will be the meaning of my appeal that is pending in the HC.? Kindly clarify?
with best regards
498A sufferer
