Can we split the bail order of solvent surety of 25000, and if it is done then again we need the valuation of the property? Because we do not have time to make it from registrar office. thank you

My brother is in jail from 13th April in ipc 376,354,342,511 and posco 8,12.(falsely implecated in the above case)
We have got the bail order on 13th May stating that we have to produce solvent surety of rs 25000 which we could not arrange. Hence our lawyer suggested to split the solvent Surety to 12500+12500 so that we can do ordinary bail.
So in this case again we have to do all that procedure of making solvency certificate from the registrar office or we can submit the ordinary documents of local tax, light bill and all...?

Discuss with your lawyer, he is the right person as he is well aware of all the facts of the case and case file.

Its for the court to accept for splitting the bail suriety,act accoording to Mr Goyal.
