Dear Sir,
My Father has been convicted under IPC 302B and punished for life term. This has been the judgement of lower court. Now I have challenged the decision or verdict in High court. My father has been conviced without any proof and its based on statements of eye witness which can been prepared by someone by paying bribe.
Now my question is my father is in jail and I want to get him out on bail till the case goes on in high court. Can you please advise if he can get bail Under IPC 302B.
Thanks,
Sunil

You can apply for bail during pendency of appeal for which fresh application shall have to be filed.
Ask your lawyer to do so.

Until high court suspends the punishment, you cannot get bail for your father. Generally high courts provide bail in such matter after 3-4 years of jail.
