Bail under sec cripc 395 & 398

(Querist) 29 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
I dont want to go for supreme court, is any any options available in session court to get bail if rejected in session and high court.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 29 January 2013
You are not expected to directly go to supreme court for the purpose of seeking bail rather it is required to be moved before Sessions Court failing which to High court and then Supreme Court.

Thanks Raj,

Bail was rejected in session, we have applied in high court, if rejected in high court also then what is the procedure without go for supreme court.
Kindly assist.
