"W/A with bail for Rs.1000/-" issued agaisnt the accused. What does it mean? 'bail for Rs.1000/-"
whether with the bail bond the accused have to diposit Rs. 1000?

When warrant is issued particularly mentioning the surety of Rs.1000/- it is to be deposited in the court.

It means the accused have to keep property worth Rs 1000/- as security in court or in police station that he will remain present in the date mentioned in the court. Rs 1000/- can be deposited in cash or surety having such status may give bail of accused.

Soma, the word bailable warrant means the person against whom the warrant has been issued he /she has to provide the soundness of Rs. 1000/- and with the direction to appear before the court on the date fixed, on the warrant in case of any default or non appearance of the said person the person has to deposit the 1000/- as the penalty.
