Dear Professionals.
I want to know which are the consequnces in following scenario. 'Bailable Warrent is issued against one person and he is in other city then after taking the bail in the court of other city whether he has to compulsorily be present in the court in which case is running ?
He is not in position to reach in that city then what is the remedy?'

Yes, he has to be present in the court which issue warrant on him, the other city court does not have jurisdiction to grant bail.

Agree as abovesaid.But depenfing upon nature of the case n circumstances compelling him abstain from concerned court, he may seek temporary exemption on beibg duly represented by an advocate.

The bailable warrant can be recalled by the court where it was issued and not by any other court.
