Bank Loan Mismanagement complaint

Mr A have taken a loan of respected amount but they have advanced of lesser amount and asking for repayment on prior value and also interest . so please who will be the preferred authority to complain about it

Sans of fact , if the borrower is legitimately aggrieved by acts of the bank he can go to consumer forum.

Basing on the Title it is assumed that Bank had agreed for a Loan of particular amount for a particular proect or purpose and had released a part amount as advance.Since the bank was not convinced with the Utilization of funds and it were not justifiable they are now demanding the refund and stopped further loans.Only the Borrower could be sued and not the Bank.
