Sir,
Can a savings A/c in a bank be held from transanction against a loan default or delay in payment for the loan obtained in other branch of same bank by same person without intimation to account holder of savings A/c ?

Yes, the Bank has right of lien over other properties lying with Bank in respect of its loan.
