You can apply to court and get the certified copy of the statement. It's a very simple question.. why don't you ask these simple issues to your lawyer??
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 March 2016
Yes you can take and after it take up the matter with the concerned Bank.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 23 March 2016
You may refer to RBI Master Circular on Customer Services, IBA guidelines pursuant to RBI Master Circular,Code of Bank's Committement to Customers, Fair Practices Code, Bank's Internal codes pursuant to all of the above...............and clauses on 'Secrecy' and 'Confidentiality'...........

You can also demand CCTV footage of the day showing the handover of your bank a/c statement to person other than you.....

Your counsel may opine that you can pull the Bank/banker to DCDRF and demand exemplary punishment and penalty to banker in his/her individual capacity.................and it shall be worth filing a complaint for it.

However the evidence shall remain evidence even if acquired by illegal means.

Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 25 March 2016
The copy of all/any document filed by either party in the judicial file is to be provided to other party; so as a matter of right you will get copy of statement.

However, lodge a complaint against the banker for providing bank statement to an "unauthorised" person.

Consult your lawyer for further advise and proceeding.
