Appeal against order of Banking Ombudsman

A complaint is filed against a bank to the BO. BO asks bank to submit it replies. Bank submits. The BO then reject the complaint under clause 8 & 9(3) of BO Rules 2006 as amended. Customer exhausts all avenues available to him to redress his grievances with the bank. He lodged a complaint afresh by regd post. The BO does not call for any meeting/reconciliation. Does not even ack receipt of the complaint submitted afresh.BO refers to the previous reply of the bank and finds no deficiency of service. Dispose off under clause 13(a). Further debars the customer invoking clause 14. ...
