Hi my name is Imran Khan I have personal loan with hdfc bank . But currently my condition is not good so Currently I don't want to approximately 3 to 4 months after I will continue to pay but bank denied for this please help me what should I do now

No bank would accept such request.

RBI directive on asset classification are strict and time norms to identify the account as NPA has to be adhered to.

You should arrange the money and pay.

Talk to bank and ask for leniency. Since you are defaulter you can only plead but not force the bank to adhere to your requests.

I agree with mr. Barman, You can certainly write a letter to the bank authorities mentioning your intention to pay but currently unable to pay because of certain circumstances. The authorities may grant you some time to repay.
