banking transaction denied by customer

Sir I am banker by profession. A customer is denying the payement amount recieved by him. He has launched a fir against me stating that I had used his money. But he had withdrawal all amount in front of me and cashier. Police inspector has threatened me to solve the issue within 2 days or he will send me to the jail

Although anonymous quries don't deserve response. But, yet, if yours is a real story, it is a commerical query, where your bank has to act in consultation with the legal department of the bank or by hiring services of some expert. Otherwise, it is a hypothetical academic query.

Sorry for the anonymous author despite the fact it is his personal problem, however, as advised by expert Sh. PS Dhingra, which I fully agree, seek professional services of legal department of the bank.

The author may also seek private consultancy from a local prudent lawyer.
