Banks sundry account

As per instructions of the bank, i have deposited in banks sundry account for the proposed OTS amount.

Now the bank denied the proposal and even make a statement in DRT that the borrower have directly deposited in sundry account without knowledge of bank.

Kindly advice whether any one can directly deposited in sundry account

Did you get any written instruction from the bank for direct deposit in to sundry account? Normally, only bank authorities divert funds in to sundries, not the public.

Anyway, even if deposited directly, it was the duty of the bank officials to verify the nature of transaction in the sundries of the bank to check from whom and why the sundries has got the credit without their knowledge. They can't deny credit of amount.
