dear sirs,
the object behind the creation of a bar council for each state is to keep up the discipline and integrity of advocates.......
but, my question is that , if a bar council member commits corruption by falsification of accounts, is there any remedy , in the bar council rules ?
WHO ALL CAN LOADGE A COMPLAINT ?
before which forum ?
whether details can be obtained by a RTI Application ?

Make a formal complaint to secretary of bar council or else take matter before below authorities.

IF THE CORRUPTION DONE BY THE ADVOCATE IS RELATED TO ANY COURT MATTERS OR HIS CLIENTS RELATED MATTER THE BCI COULD INVOLVE AND TAKE ACTIONS.IF IT IS RELATED TO ANY OTHER INSTITUTION OR ASSOCIATION WHERE THE ADVOCATE IS NOT REPRESENTING AS ADVOCATE IF HE IS A MEMBER OR SOCIAL SERVICE VOLUNTEER OR TREASURER ONLY THE ORGANISATION CONCERNED COULD MAKE NECESSARY STEPS AND NOT BCI>
