1. The best lawyer that you can trust is the one who has his office in your locality so that you can remain in touch with him as often as you will need to. An advocate not accessible would not serve to be much interested. A local advocate would always care for his reputation in the area in which he has his office.

UNITY OF local advocates in the area would always care for their pocket & business. Lots of selfish bad practice to delay cases etc, carried on as per their local practice .. They are not taking care of client, but of their united business to suck clients... Locals are compelled to follow local practice, under pressure of instructions of their leaders; Have to be with them, even at the cost of their client; as clients comes & goes..
Are easily manageable, as all know each other..
Usually in matrimonial cases, it is WIFE'S home- town, so locals knows wife, Husband have to travel a lot to come to court, and usually hire advocate of his area, that is far from court area, but near to his house..
So I disagree with Rohit Sharma..
To Querist: There is nothing like "BEST LAWYER" anywhere.

Visit the court premises, inquire from there about the lawyer who is handling critical cases of such type.
However it is advisable to entrust a lawyer who is easily approachable, known and have experience in the field.
