Hiiii !
Got lot of help from u guys thanx!
my husband has left me three yrs back.
he was married to somebody else initially .
he got married in 18th nov 1998.
but in order to get divorce he showed that he got married on 16th nov 1997 by giving wrong affidavit in court.he got divorced with her on 15 feb 99.
he married me in jan 2000.
But never disclosed this fact to me.
I hav put a case of bigamy but police is nit registering the case .
I hav already put 406 nd 498 on him .wat shud I do ?

your husband has married you after divorce from first wife . no case of bigamy is made out . marriage was not done during subsistence of earlier marriage

498A will further antagonize your husband . if you dont want to stay with him obtain divorce by mutual consent

section 494 of ipc is non cognizable offence, so police can not take any action against him without permission of court.
secondly only legal wedded wife can file bigomy case.
as per your information bigomy is not attrect in this senerio.

You were married according to the Korean Marriage laws,as per article 809 of the Korean civil code,which regulates marriages.
he was divorced and thereafter married you,
Is your husband a Korean citizen?

Expert Mr.Shroff has put some meaningful points to the author, however as per Indian laws, the author's husband appears to not to have committed an offence attracting penal provision under bigamy offense. Lodging a complaint against him for the offenses attracting sections 406 and 498a depends on her circumstance.

He has not married me as per korean law.
he was married in india then got divorced by putting wrong affidavit in court.
wat action can I take for giving wrong affidavit in court .
I hav two kids n hes the one whos left me .
wat shud I do ?
hes running in police stations to get FIR registered against me.
It is literally war .he doesnt want to resolve amicably.
