I'm Hindu married to a Muslim under SPL marriage act in 2011. We have a 6 month old baby. My husband who went to saudia on 17Nov 2015 when I was 4 month pregnant .he has promised to come during July eid holidays to visit us. Instead after giving some lame excuses he stopped contacting us. Recently I came to know he has married a moroccon woman der. Please advice me how can I file bigamy case. And will he summoned to return India if bigamy is filed and where should I file the case in lower courts or high court.

File a case of bigamy in India so he can be arrested once he lands in India.
You can file maintenance case under PWDV Act as well seeking maintenance for yourself and the child.
If he has roots in India then he will have to come and then you will get justice.

If I file a complaint section 498 494 a can police put a look out circular on my husband. Is there a provision for LOC for above sections. Please advice.. Or shall I move through court for a LOC. Please do reply
