How did you draw the inference and observed of committing "bigamy" by the state government servant? How you are concerned? Did you study CCS & CCA Rules?

For this no special provision of law is required. if prima facie his bigamy is established by way Disciplinary Proceeding then he can be suspended/dismissed from service.

I partially agree with Mr Barman. There is specific provision of lw existing. CCS (Conduct) Rules apply to UT employees which forbid a Govt servant to have bigamous marriage .
If the complaint is made the disciplinary action has to be there. There is no compulsion for the deptt to suspend him.

In what way you are concerned with the Pondichery Govt. employee?
