Dear sir Me and ex divorced 2012,that wedlock we have baby girl, birth certificate orginal with me, me and ex are remarried,case stil pending in the court, GW and MC,498a, my ex and her current husbant without my information and knowlage thay take duplicate birth cetificate from corparation, thay change my name from birth certificate, partly change my daughter name also, i can give criminal case to them please advise me

Name of child / parentage can not be changed without the consent of biological parents.
Gather the proofs, lodge FIR against this forgery.

Were i can give case to them? what is the offence ? ,they change my daughter name zehra fathima to zahra ameen (ameen is my ex current husband) and father name anoob kabeer change to anoob kabeer alias ameen, Kindly replay me thank you for your time.

This is certainly a criminal offence.
The certificate issuing authority are the competent one to take action by cancelling the duplicate certificate obtained giving wrong data.

Above post i have mistaken father name anoob kabeer change to Ameen A alias anoob kabeer.

You may meet the superior officer of concerned authority issuing birth certificate and lodge a complaint. Name of the child is normally added after naming naming and it may be possible they have approached with original certificate for inclusion of name. In any case you can approach the authorities to know the right position and seek remedy as per original certificate issued only.

Dear experts, As per right information i was collect all evidance wich one my ex and her current hus give to birth and death dep.
1. Application latter name change both are applicant ex current hus, they mention anoob (my self) its nick name of ameen (her hus)
2.marriage certificate from masjid issued (me and my ex marrage certificate ) they change my name to ameen her current hus.
3.village officer and municipal seceratry affidavit both person are same (me and my ex hus)
4.other gusseted officers certificate
5. Id proofs of my ex and her hus,
My qus is
a) how can i move legally witch offense IPC i can give to them, i need to go magistrate court or high court ?
b) i have 1 order from dis family court that on appel in high court (OP maintenance and recovery gold and money ) that order agaist me, above forgery heping to this case ?
c) i fighting to costady of child any chance to get custody ?
