As a guardianship status , Child parent's (natural father and mother) name was changed by guardian. They have enter their name in child school record and other government records. ...... it's came to known the natural parent's ..... Now what type of remedies claim by the natural parents.how to change the records and sue

A declaratory suit by natural father- mother against those on school record would be the remedy.

Natural parents have to file civil suit for declaration along with mandatory injunction to declare that they are the parents of said child and to correct the certificates to that effect.
If the guardians were appointed by any Court, then it has to be brought to the notice of the said Court and ask the Court to cancel their guardianship.
