Blaming a minor for illicit contact

One lady is wantedly blaming a minor girl of 14 years by illegal sexual connections with a 40yrs man . She is telling this to many neighbors and relatives. This is happening from 2 years. The parents of that minor girl are fear of social stigma to give a police complaint. They r thinking, If give police complaint the matter may go out. Then problem of minor girl future. Please suggest sirs.

Even if fresher, you must also be having your views with reference to the relevant law? So, why not discuss about your views to get them authenticated or amended based upon the observations of other advocates to enhance your own knowledge.

Of course, your views are right about police complaint. If not ageeable, they should make themselves ready to bear with trauma/ social stigma on continuous basis for the whole life, as are already facing for the last two years.

If it is true, then it is a case of slander and blasphemous sin of defaming a minor girl, whose future is at stake.The others must have been aware of the behaviour of that lady,and if they believe whatever they have heard is true,they cannot be termed as humans.
What about that 40 yr old man, is he enjoying the gossips.

Minor girl family is in one place, that 40 years man is living in another town. She is always trying to blame. That 40 years man advised her parents to give a police complaint .
