Dear Experts,
A married women aged about 28years having 2 kids fall in love with my brother aged about 18year. She is making phone calls on my and my family mobile numbers and told us that i want to marry this guy otherwise i will suicide and the entire responsibility will be on your family. In this situation, what is the remedy available for us. I am the elder brother of that guy. please help.

even if ur brother suicide, she will be alive, and find out an another young boy for her sexual satisfaction. Few Rs., and she will leave ur brother, and find next prey.
Many such matters were discussed in LCI also in past.

My brother is not hearing any advice of mine and my family members and today he left our home. If any thing happen, my family will be destroyed.
Please advice what type of complaint should be lodge with police in this case.

if your brother is out of control of your family then this is not a legal problem rather it is humanitarian issue which can be solved at your end only.

Dear Experts,
Mera bhai ab saturday (16.02.2013) se gayab hai, ab tak ghar nahi aaya. Wo ghar se apne sare education documents and bank passbook lekar gaya hai. Ab humko kya karna chahiye. Mujhe shak hai ki woh usi lady ke pass ya us lady ko apne pass bula raha hai.
