Hi. I need you help. please help me in doing a board resolution.
I need a board resolution in:
1. hiring a local lawyer,
2. hiring a family to stay in a vacant lot,
3. and board resolution for a monthly meeting.

Refer the matter to legal cell of establishment or engage a LOCAL/CS counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law e.g; Company/Civil matters as in your case, and well versed with enactments, LOCAL applicable rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, and your counsel can advise you after examining all docs on record ..
