Bombay court fee act

whether amendment of bombay court fee pertaining to 138 has approved ?

The aforesaid amendment as told by you is still not in operation so definitely it would not have been published as on day.

Amendments of Schedule I of Bom XXXVI of 19599

18. Complaint or Charges of an offence u/s 138 N.I.Act (26 of 1881)
(A) When amount of Cheque does not exceed Ten thousand rupees-->>Two hundred rupees
(B) When amount Exceed Ten thousand rupees-->
Two hundred Rupees for every Ten Thousand Rupees or part thereof [Max 1,50,000]

This rate is effective now for last 3 years.
