can a parsi having possession of property which is owned by the Bombay parsi panchayat... can he bequeath such property by will....please site some judgments or refer readings on the same

no he cannot bequeath property by will . we dont provide judgements

A person who is not having a proper title to the property cannot bequeath the property though it may be in his possession.
