Bombay public trust act sec.41(a)

(Querist) 28 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
i filed a suit against trust for make sale deed of land which we farm. trust got order from charity commissioner to sale land to farmers on resolution conditions by trust on 1970. on that order we submeet money to trust office as on charity commissioners order. but trust wont to make us to sale deed so what was the remedy against trust ???

send a legal notice to trust to execute

sale deed in ur favour asap.
