Bombay public trusts act, 1985

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
A Trust has to be formed other than in Maharashtra and Gujarat, the Trustees sign the Trust deed, but are unable to go to get the said document registered. So they give a Power of Attorney to one of the co trustee to get the said Trust Deed registered. My query
1. Is the Power of Attorney required to be registered with the Sub Registrars office, if so then which state, where the Trust is being formed or where the Trustees reside?

2. Can the said Power of Attorney be notarised, will it be valid for registering the Trust Deed?

Kindly advise very urgent.
