What are the best books for prepartion on Indian penal code, constitutional law, law of tort and jurisprudence.
I am preparing for my exams, I need your kind and valuable guidance.

Hi sree, Its depends upon your skills in language and way of preparation.. As a brother advocate, my suggestion to ratanlal, datwani.. For ipc and cpc. About remaining books you just select as per wish. Before that go to library or book shop. Just go through some books. Then you decide your self. Cos lot of good authors available.

For the purpose of passing the exams, better to depend on guides and 'answers to 30 questions' in each subject. For knowledge and practice, wide reading is necessary even later. Don't go for volumnous commentaries for passing exams.
