Boy age.16 and girl age:18 for marriage under mulim law

i would like to know that a boy of age 16 married with 18 year of age, and made (Nikah Nama form priest, after few some dispute arise that Boy want to live with her mother and Girls say she want to live separate from his family,and boy threaten her that they will give divorce otherwise, then Girl say if u want to divorce give me RS.100,000/- other wise i file suit against you that you married underage, both family also file NC due to cross NC case is to held on 30-March- so what result can come out from this matter, Please help

Girl was fulfilling the age at the time of the marriage, however, the boy was tender age and thus even if the boy side cancels the marriage on their side without even approaching to Qazi for tlaknama because the boy is not having the marriageable age ad thus their marriage is no marriage in the eyes of law.
