Can a Trustee give a power of Attorney to the Accountant of the Trust for a specific purpose. Is it valid to do so under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950??

Apologies, meant to say all the Trustees give a POA to the Accountant of the Trust who is on the pay roll of the Trust?? Would that be valid??

The Power of Attorney is given for administrative work. To sign documents relating to administrative work, which the accountant is already doing.
