I have doubt that a company filed a suit (A ltd) against to another company (b ltd) ,that B ltd use same brand Name For Eg “mudra” , the same in the court, while B ltd Filed Another Suit in their place that ,,the same brad name was used By Altd….what will be the result of this case ? can B ltd File the suit against A ltd after Filed By A ltd ..

Here we need to analyze few things, before we conclude
1) Whether they are doing the business in the same line??
2) Have they registered the " Company " under Companies Act as Private Limited??
3) Have they registered the " Brand name" under Trademark Act??

Sir thank for your Comment
1) they are run same field of business like cosmetics Items
2) they are registered as per the companys act as (p) ltd
3) not registered the " Brand name" under Trademark Act
sir can you answer me if any variation is it a public company
and same is it have aregistered as per the trade name act
