Consult a local lawyer and show him the appointment letter and the Bond agreement signed.

The BOND was signed in lieu of what favor by the company to you e.g. Certified Training/certification from recognized/approved inst…………………….?
If NO such extra ordinary favor was granted by company then what is the ground for the creation of BOND?
You have signed the BOND by your free will until or unless you can prove on record that you were coerced,forced................
Hence company shall chase you.
It may become overzealous and may take steps that may affect your employability.
You should certainly spend quality time in person with a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer and show all docs on record and give your inputs to understad the merits.
