Sir,
I had 4 years relationship with girl.we had promised to get married but now we have broken up. But now she is threatening me to harm.She is threatening me to file a case against me.
Let me tell i was serious in relationship but we never had sex(intercourse) because i was afraid of future.
So could you please let me know is there any case can be filed against me.

She can allege that marriage is denied by you and your parents because of insufficient dowry promise.

Sir,
We used to roam whenever we get time for movies and to spend time with each other.
I never took her to any hotel or alone place.
I met her family many time as they knew she and i love each other.
If she files rape case against me she also have to prove that she is victim. correct??
She is threatening me like she will ruin my career.
Is there any case of cheating or fraud lies on me? will i be convicted?
