Is it necessary that Brokerage Agreement shall be register ? What point shall be cover if transaction for immovable property (Agricultural) ?

Brockerage Agreement can also be got registered in the office of Registrar which may cover entire terms and conditions in detail and also consequences on the failure of the execution by either of the party to the agreement.

yes Sir any type of agreement can be registered hence it is binding of contract after registering.
