if there are three person person A,person B and person C.
person A send notice to person B for some legal problems.
Person B replies to person A and while replying he mentions that person C is also having his involvement in the case (person C is having involvement but have very cleverly hidden it)
so condition is
1)The person B have replied to notice given by person A but have not sent any legal notice to person C.
2)But person C have replied the to legal notice which was sent to person A by Person B
3)person C have replied the question which asked by person B to Person A in the reply he sent to person A
4)Person C have asked person B to take allegation done by him on person C or else he will file criminal and civil case on person B
5)legal notice sent by person C does not have signature of person A
question
1).Can person C answer the legal notice which was not addressed to him?
2)have person C done legal mistake by giving reply to notice which was not addressed to him because he have answered the points raised by person B which was supposed to answered by person A
Respected Members,
One lady has 3sons and she had executed a will. Now the eldermost son has been asking her to execute a deed of Gift in his favour for the same portion of the property which she has bequeathed in her will for the eldermost son.
If the Gift Deed executed in favour of the eldermost son is it that the last will executed needs to be cancelled and a fresh one for the other two sons need to be executed or the will last executed need not need to be cancelled only the details of the last will's reference to be given in the Gift Deed.
Further what steps should be taken in making the Gift Deed so that the will does stand good at the time of admission/probat and the eldermost son or other members can not influence the acceptance of the will.
I was perusing Supreme Court's "HANDBOOK ON PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE AND OFFICE PROCEDURE".
In the format of index I observed a document type "Note Sheet" at serial number 7.
Kindly tell me about note sheet, its format and its significance.
My query is: At the time of purchasing a Flat 08 years back in small village of State (MH) The builder has missed my middle name like ' 'Kumar' in the title sale deed. But the ID submitted 'PAN Card xerox Copy' before registrar has full Name including Middle name This ID has the round stamp of registrar office too. The property was bought with my wife and her name is correct in all respect. My name in the Housing Cooperative society register is also without my middle name. While signing ID proof section in the sale deed, i signed and my full name also mentioned in Hindi Language.
Pl Guide me . What should i do.

Lawyers club indiaThank you lawyers club
The plot is registered on my fathers name and he is not alive now. The sale deed is lost. As we know the survey numbers and area of the plot we bought the CC without any FIR and posting ad in newspaper. Now our family has decided to gift the property to my elder sister. Can we proceed with registration with the help of only CC and death certificate? or do we need to file an FIR and post an ad in newspaper along with CC and death certificate? [We are not interested to sell the property to someone else anytime soon]. Awaiting your valuable suggestions. Thank you.
