Please provide me the draft deed of partnership of a running business concern with three existing partners and retirement of the fourth partner. The old deed consisted of four partners. The nature of business and its laibilities , trade name liceses remains unaltered.

I am an NRI currently residing in USA. I am planning to move to India within the next 5 years, and therefore am planning to buy an apartment in India.
I want to appoint my sister as the power of attorney for all matters regarding the purchase of the asset. She is a resident of India.
How do I execute a power of attorney from USA?

I stay in Delhi and intend to purchase a plot in Chennai. How can I execute a Special Power of Attorney in favour of my brother to appear before the Registring Authority.
1. Can I execute and register the SPA here in Delhi.
2. Will the SPA have to be registered where the porperty lies.
3. If it has to be done in Chennai. Is my presence necessary?
PLease explain in detail

dear Brothers of Legal fraternity,
Kindly give some details with regard to the Irrivocable Power of Attorney. What is the silent features of the same and what is the distinction between it with general and special power of Attorney. What are all ingredients should be there to constitute a Irrecocable Power of Attorney. I also request the brothers to give me a format of the Irrevocable Power of Attorney.
