GPA was given for the entire property by three of the five legal heirs. Where to seek the remedy against this defective instrument ? Should it be addressed to the office of the registrar (where this GPA was registered) with full details of infirmities for setting it aside before approaching the judiciary?

my uncle is a tenant in an old chawl in mumbai kandivli area, he is residing there since 1953. should he have his rental agreement registered with authorities?. He is paying rent regularly but has no proof of any agreement with the landlord.

I am purchased a plot in HMDA venture and sale deed executed on my name. EC also shows my name as owner. Do I need to apply for changes in revenue records or panchayat records like proceeding or pahani? If yes what is the procedure.

I am purchasing a resale apartment in Hyderabad. It is a joint property between husband and wife, One of the co-owner(primary) - husband has deceased. They have two daughters (one married without children and other Unmarried), They didn't executed any relinquish deed in between them. Wife wants to sell the flat now and both the daughters are ready to execute the sale deed along with her when they sell the flat to me. When I am executing Sale deed, I would be mentioning wife and other 2 legal heirs names in the Sale deed and get it signed by all three of them. I also have copies of death certificate, legal heirs names (wife, 2 daughters names listed) certificate from government. Should I need to execute or consider any other things before I execute the deed, please advise
Mutation or pahani or proceeding for hmda approved plot
Hi,
I have purchased a plot in HMDA approved layout in Hyderabad and sale deed registered on my name. Is there any other tasks that I have to perform like applying for Pahani or Mutation or Proceeding? Seller told that they are not required for HMDA approved plots. In my village I purchased a plot which is not approved where I had to apply for pahani from local panchayat. Please clarify.
