Respected Sir,
One Trust have some property in its own name and the trust renamed some other name. But in the property documents old name is available.What is the effect on sale of the properties ?.

Can Stamp duty on share certificate be paid after it is issued, say after two years ?
If not what is the consequency ?

CAN STAMP DUTY ON SHARE CERTIFICATE BE PAID AFTER IT IS ISSUED, for example AFTER TWO YEARS ?
IF NOT, WHAT IS THE CONSEQUENCY ?

1. how to terminate / revoke the power of attorney. (General and/or Special)
2. any declaration to be in news paper / official gazette etc.
you are also requesting to provide the draft format for termination of power of attorney, and declaration (if any) to the public with respect to same.

i am a CA student,3 years back my father gave some money to a ST candidate to be as a worker at our fields due to non-compliance service by him(he is unable to return money) he gave his land pass book to my father.(11/2year back my father expired)so in that they gave us a paper as they will later,if they not repay we can ask them double to that money all this matter written in a paper which may not be leagally enforciable(say a note book paper) can we handover the land.I don't them till now so i'm unable to contact them can any suggest me how i can get land/money leagally through police/MRO

Respected Sir, I am in urgent need of following judgment of Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in OA No.802/2002 dated 10.06.2004 in the case of Shri Balu Awdaji Bhawar v. Union of India and Ors. Reported in ATJ 2004 (3) 509. I tried a lot to get the same from concerned website and local court library but could not. Your experts, please mail me a copy of the judgment soon for which I am ever grateful to you sir/mam.
