Whether I have to create a rental agreement between my mother and company. Or else tax reciept or eb reciept is enough for address proof to gst, deed and pan. thanks
I got my name(gazetted) changed after graduation(2019) and applied for caste certificate(as per my husbands caste) too..but i didnt changed my name in any of my educational certificates but i did in adhaar and voter id attaching gazette as reference. The problem is: UPSC APPLICATION ASKS TO ENTER NAME AS IN MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE AND UPLOAD ID(VOTER/ADHAAR). AS Per ssc-graduation certificate's,i have my old name(Pr******) but adhaar and voter id have new name(S*******). WHAT CAN I DO? SHOULD I APPLY WITH MY OLD ADHAAR SO THAT IT WILL MATCH WITH MY OLD NAME AS PER SSC CERTIFICATE OR SHOULD I CHANGE MY ADHAAR BACK TO OLD NAME ,WILL IT BRING ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS? SUGGEST ME A WAY? IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE NAME IN ALL OF MY EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES? I HAVE ONLY FEW DAYS LEFT FOR APPLICATION PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS.. GIVE ME AN IDEAL SOLUTION. Which category(caste) should i choose(husband(BC-E)/father(BC-B)) for reservation?
I have my father's school leaving certificate stating caste as Hindu P.S. which in full form would be Hindu PADMASHALI. The authorities are refusing to change PS to PADMASHALI. How can I legally get it done as there is no caste naming PS. The leaving certificate is of year 1972.
Also I have my aunty's leaving certificate where the caste is just hindu can I add PADMASHALI after that by any process in mumbai?
I was using ICICI credit card in the year of 2019 last I have used in Feb'19 and till then I was paying minimum amoun t every month but after lockdown I lost my job and stopped payment of credit card due, now after several time called I have paid last two month total 11000 and now they are saying that interest amount increasing day by day and they are claiming 55000 to settle the card which is not possible for me as I have lost my job since lockdown.
I have informed everyone regarding this who are calling but they are threatening to me that case will be transfer to legal department and I will face issue regarding this, please suggest and help me to close the matter.

I bought a plot few days ago with no mistake in my name in the sale deed. My name in Tamil is விக்னேஷ் and it is given correctly in sale deed. Whereas when I downloaded the EC, I found that my name is given as விக்னேஸ்.
Will this be an issue in the future ? Could you please let me know how should I correct it. My document writer said me it's not an issue and no need for correction. Since he is a friend of my friend , I don't want to get into arguments.
Is there any other way through which I can correct it ? I got to know from this site that someone got a same kind of issue and sent a mail and the name got changed automatically. But I didn't get the mail details to whom I need to send.

I am planning to purchase a house under construction for which i had already paid booking amount of Rs 1 lakh in September 2020. The value of house along with furniture provided by the builder is 38.99 lakh. I have no idea regarding the procedure to be followed for banakhat. Please advise.
I read that 2 witnesses are required for banakhat. Are they from buyer's side or seller's side?
What is the procedure and benefit of registration of banakhat? Is it compulsory?
Is the presence of an advocate required for banakhat? If yes, who arranges for it, the buyer or seller?
