Link doc shows ( unregistered will) property is inherited to two sons from thier father. Their father is no more..
But the will is neither registered nor notarized. Infact will is written on a plane paper dated 21/06/2011.

1. One of our relative need an affidavit regarding nominee name change in LIC in Delhi and he asked for getting the same drafted and notarized from Gurgaon. Is it permissible to notarize an affidavit from Gurgaon (i.e. different state) and submit it in Delhi.
2. Also kindly advise if it's not the case of nominee name change, and any other affidavit then is it valid to get an affidavit notarize from one state for use in another state.

We have purchase estamp paper for Deed of Hypothecation. E-stamp paper amount is 2 lakh. estamp paper purchased for executing loan documents. Total loan amount is 10 cr, however in that there is different sub category of loan. Both bank and party is same.
As advised by bank, estamp paper was supposed to purchase as per sub catgory of loan ( 1 for loan amount of 5 cr, 2 for loan amount of 2 cr, 3 for loan amount of 1.80 cr and 4 for loan amount of 20 lakh). However we have taken estamp paper for total amount of 10 cr. Bank and all these loan customer name, date and place of execution is same.
Please advise,
Is there any process at SHCIL to take breakup of estamp paper ?
if not, can we execute one e-stamp paper for the total loan amount. Since the bank and customer name is same.

How do I make a PAN in the name of a school?
The school is in existence for the last 10+ years.
There is a bank account in the name of the school from which salaries are being given.
What documents do I need to make a PAN in the name of this school?
Is it enough to provide the bank passbook as a document?

My claim case of motor accident is pending with CSTC (Calcutta State Transport Corporation) since 2000 after the degree is approved by lower court. CSTC have filed an objection with the High Court and we have also filed a cross objection in the year 2000.
Since then the case is pending.

We would like to know how can we find as whats approved Road by BDA for us to get connected to the Main Road . I gave power of attorney to my dad for my apartment back in India. I did not maintain any copies nor did I take note of the GPA number. Is there any way I can get the numbers or copy if I need to cancel them or is there any other way out to cancel them by news paper notification without the details and then registered notification to the attorney and the registrar office? I remember I signed the GPA in notary office and not sure if it was registered or not. So in simple can I cancel the GPA without having details/copy of the GPA I gave some years back?

Transfer of society land

We the society hold a 700 sqmtr plot in a city in maharashtra, there are 12 members in the said society and i am the chairman of the society, the members of the society don't have funds to develop the said piece of land and so my question is :
1) can the society go in for JV or development agreement with a potential builder to develop the said property, if yes then what is better option JV or Development agreement.
2) can the society rent out the premises that the society receives from the builder in return of development agreement?? if yes then what are the tax obligation for the society in future?
3) finally if 5 members retire from the said society then the number of member for a legal society goes down, in that case what could be done?? can the remaing member dissolve the society, and in that case who gets the exclusive right of the land after the society is dissolved??
