Purchasing a house that is under sra

Hello Sir,
What are the legal documents required to form a society post completion of 10 years of the SRA society.
Also, what documents the builder has to give to the society to take the ownership.
And if it happens that someone from the society has sold their house prior completion of 10years of the building who has got the house under SRA act what sort of legal formalities the buyer has to under go for the purchased flat.
Also, if it possible that i can get a legal advise for the same from you or any sort of contact.
Kindly advise for the same.
Thank you

Revert back to original name

Hello,
My husband M.Jayaprakash has changed his name as M.Jeyaprakashram 2 years back in gezette. But we didn't change name in any of the government proofs.
Now he wants to keep his original name.

Still do we need to revert back the name in gezette?

If so please tell the procedure to be followed?

Also he needs to apply passport now. Can we apply now with the older name or can apply once the name is reverted back in gezette?

Thanks.

Request for help from experts

I have cancelled the power of attorney by registered document in 2006 in Chennai. The P.O.A. holder was informed and also received the copy of cancellation document and the acknowledgement given as having received the copy of cancellation of POA and the document is lost now.Since he has given acknowledgement I did not send intimation by post.
After ONE YEAR of the cancellation the power of attorney he has sold the land and the buyer is holding the possession of land, saying he has received the money PRIOR to ONE YEAR ( i.e. before cancellation)
But after ONE YEAR of the cancellation only he registered the agreement for sale, though he registered the sale deed saying that he received the money before ONE YEAR.( prior to cancellation)
Can I request the experts to let me know whether there are any Judgements in my favour to prove the knowledge of cancellation by subsequent documents is enough to prove that the cancellation of POA was known to the POA holder and to treat the subsequent sale as VOID.
I request all the Experts to kindly help me,
Thanks.

limitation required in filing a suit

Dear experts
We have to file a case in DRT against a borrower whose loan has become NPA. The limitation of this loan has expired in 2017. The borrower made a cash payment in his account in 2016 , but the cash voucher does not bear his signature. I want to inquire if the case will be accepted in DRT?
Any humble suggestions would be appreciated.
