We are three sisters and there is no brothers. My mother having one building and cost of building it is around 20 lacs.
The issue which we are facing my mother was nominated that property rights to my elder sister son name (after her life time ending).
As per law how it will be divided that property and on mother properties all sisters will have equal rights or not?
In case if we go to court against this property can we get equal rights or not?
Kindly advice me ASAP.

A house wife bought land and constructed a house and this property was registered in her name. Her husband was a Govt Servant. She had not written any will and after a sudden illness she expired. The husband and the children got together and got a partition deed done in which one single house was jointly shared by the husband and son. There was a clause in the Partition deed that post the husband's death the portion of the property which belonged to husband would be transferred to the son. There was also a clause that any kind of dealings with the property should be done with the written agreement from both the parties. The husband after few months of the partition deed has made a death will that post his death the portion of the property that he owned should go to someone else. Does this death will stand valid? The partition deed clearly mentions that the property was self acquired property of the deceased woman. Please confirm if the death will is valid or if there can be any legal course of action which can be taken by the son.

A Widow Lady had given her flat on leave and license basis for one year, after few years lady expires leaving behind her son as a nominee.
The said flat was given on leave and license to the company and the said flat is occupied by one of the director of the company since years, (Please note here that agreement period is of one year only and now the flat is occupied without agreement by the company)
The son had no money to pay the maintenance to the society, bill is in the name of son as on date and the (company is making the payment is making payment for the occupant director)
Son wants to evict the company from holding of the flat and use the same flat for his residential purpose.
Present Scenario:
Now the flat is in the name of her son is not disputed as society confirms that share certificate in his name, he is a bonafide member of the society and owner of the flat but either society secretary nor himself knows how to evict the occupant. The BEST Bill is also in the name of son.

I am wife of mental disorder person.
my husband has mania disease.
he is affected in the year 2000
i got married 2004.
without informing the disease they cheated and married me.
now yearly once he is admitted to hospital for treatment nearly 3-4 months for treatment.
Now I am living with my husband there is no other way. We have one son aged 6 years
I don’t like diverse too.
While he takes tablet and not facing any serious situation means his life will be regular
Without sleeping tablets he won’t sleep.
When he gets violent he has extravagant shopping,improble commercial schemes and sexual adventures.
any critical situation arise he will be affected eventhough he takes sleeping tablets.
his mind will not face any serious situation.

My father in law expired he wrote all assets in my husband name and my brother in law name
my mother in law is taking action for selling assets in my husband name to the brother-in-law.
she is telling in future you will have assets.
my husband is tensed about it.
and he will not able to speak about this to his mother don't sell my assets.
He won’t discuss with me about assets issue when I tell anything he will be tensed.
So I avoid it.
my doubts is
1.my husband signature is valid or not in legal documents?
2.I as a wife has any legal rights in my husband to transfer the assets to my son name.?
3. till now the assets are not separted
4.If I Object any sale in legal notice is it valid.?

Infringment of idea
Dear sir, i have applied to the patent office in Chennai in the year 26-8-2008 for the grant of patent in cascading marine hydro power generation technology.I have used one object called PIPE for power generation and this is a New Technology to My first application date:26-8-2008,Application number:2065/CHE/2008., My second application date:24-2-2009,Application number:385/CHE/2009.,My third application date:10-8-2009,Application number:1902/CHE/2009,I have 2 Pct applications also.
The question from my side is i have a serious problem and i have noticed my idea got copied by an American company and this company applied for grant of the patent in the year Issue : Date:
June 14,2011;and a Filing : Date:
April 7, 2009.
This company has received big publicity in America and approached the public and collected more than 3 million US$ and also a grant of 1 million US$ from the govt of America.
I want help to file my OPPOSITION to oppose the grant of the Patent,how to proceed in this legal issue i don't have any direction any possible help from lawyers club of India.
