We have 4 allotment letters from builder for reserved car parking with Space #s for respective apartment numbers owned by our family members at Chembur East, Mumbai. But none of the parking Space is assigned by CHS to us. Since 2018, We are repeatedly sending request emails to Secretary, Chairman & Manager of Society but no feedback given to us only verbally telling we are in process of allotment but never happening till today. Can any SME guide us on legal proceeding to be taken up with the Registrar of Maharashtra State Government and how?

I found my property tax related info is missing from Vvcmc online portal. After register in Vvcmc online portal I am not able to get login. Further what is property tax certificate and who is eligible for it , plz help to get solutions.

Does the area under the Chajja outside the flat comes under the society area or the Flat owner.
If the area is continued by society's common area, then can society build a structure in that area.
Please guide me on this

I am planning to launch a new business, however, we noticed that for the brand name that we wanted to use for the product, there is an existing company in the US. However, the difference is that we wanted to use their name for our product and not the company. The US-based company is a mobile gaming company and has multiple games in the market across the world.
Will this be a problem?

my father and his brother has farm 11 bigahs which their father gave them out of this 3 bigha are on name of my father but we dont know which are this farm we want to sell them but are not able to what is the procedure to divide 3 bigas from the 11 bigahs .we have case on this farms we won the case but not collect the original jugment from court there is small kalam on this farms wat to do

Hello Madam/Sir,
I am an aspiring writer and last year December 2020, I signed a contract with a publishing house 'Writersgram Publications' to publish my book of poems for which I paid Rs. 1500. I was promised my book to be published by April, 21. But yet it has not.
The only way to communicate with them is via email and they have been communicating that it's getting delayed for Covid situation and now for the past one month I have not heard from them even after repeated mails from my end.
Is there a way, I can escalate this issue with any one? In case they don't publish, which seems likely, that will be the breach of our contract, hence, can't I sue them legally?
